Cancellation PolicyIn case of any canellation we have to charge:- 9 weeks prior arrival date: 25% of the rent - 60 days prior arrival date: 55% of the rent - If canellation is less than 60 days prior arrival date no refund will be made unless the house is rerented for lease period. Credit cards are not accepted
