Prices and Reservations
The house is max. sleep 6:
High season ( Dec. 20th – April 30th )

Cleaning Fee

Security Deposits

With the security deposit of $ 500 you confirm your reservation. It must be received within 7 days of making a reservation
Sales and Tourist Tax - 11,5%
Florida sales Tax of 7.5 % and Manatee County Tax of 4 % is collected on the total rental amount.
Balance of Rent, Security and Sales Tax
The rent plus 11,5 % tax is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of any cancellation we have to charge:
- 9 weeks prior arrival date: 45% of the rent
- 60 days prior arrival date: 65% of the rent
- If cancellation is less than 60 days prior arrival date no refund will be made unless the house is re-rented for lease period.
Credit cards are not accepted
Check in/check out time:
Check in time: 5 P.M.
If you plan to arrive later than 5 P.M. special arrangement must be made. Just give us a notice in advance so that we can make these arrangements for your late arrival
Check out time: 11 A.M.
Keys must be returned to the rental manager and in case of breakage or damage you report it during your stay or at departure.
